Richland County residents can drop off their household electronics, tires and scrap metal at the Special Recycling Collection Event on Saturday, October 23, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Heathwood Hall Episcopal School (3000 South Beltline Blvd.). Proof of Richland County residency is required.
